All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and must be in
resalable conditions. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to
return. The $9.99 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be
deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your
questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be
posted to your Paypal account within 5-10 days after we received the
returns.
No deliver: When customers asking for a refund because of their own
reasons, such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on, a 5%
service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. All money will be
refunded if the goods are out of stock.
